Viktor' major areas of interest are secondary education, education management. Viktor has been an active participant of IRF Education Program projects (School Budget Management (2012), Education management and school autonomy (2013)).

Have been holding position of senior vice-rector, associate professor at the department of philosophy at Ukrainian Catholic University. Affiliated International Humanities Association. Taras' major arear of interest are higher education, university autonomy and academic culture in Ukraine, quality assurance in higher education. Also he is a member of Program Board of International Renaissance Foundation Education Program.

Candidate of Science (Physics and Math). Since 2010 - Vice Rector at Ukrainian Catholic University. Co-founder and first director of Lviv Physics and Math Liceum. Co-author of "Main provisions of city of Lviv education poicy" (1999). Head of Lviv city Education Department (1994-2002) and Lviv oblast Education Department (2005-2010). 

Doctor of pedagogical Sciences, Professor. Director of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.  Co-founder and Advisor of NGO "Institute for leadership, innovations and development". 

Director of the National Learning ang Methodic center on qality of education issues, member of Accreditation Commission of Ukraine. Chairing expert’s pool of the Ukrainian Association of student self-government since 2010. 2009 - 2010's coordinated lobbying for changes to the law "On Higher Education" on student government and student rights.

In 2010  coordinated IRF Education program project on Education Law codification and modernization. Volodymyr is also a co-author of Law on High Education,coordinator of working group that elaborating Law on Education.

Senior Scholar and Departament head at the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools, NAPS of Ukraine. Affiliated with Education Policy Development Agency, Consumer Initiative Center.

Doctor of science (State management). Director of Kyiv Business Lyceum. Hold the position of professor at National Academy of Management and KROK University. Head of Education Policy Development Agency. 

Got his MA from Kyiv National University. Since 2010 have participated in elaborating Law on Higher Education and other normative documents. The major area of interest are  higher education reform, state funding of higher education stuff funding, education management. 

Graduated from National Pedagogical University named by M.Dragomanov, the course Educational Policy Studies at Teachers College, Columbia University, New York at a masters and doctoral level. Work as the director of Ukrainian Step by Step Foundation and the Head of the Scientific-methodological center on inclusive education at the Kyiv In-service Teacher Training Institute of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Pedagogical University.

Got his MA in History from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) and his MA in East European Studies from University of Warsaw, currently he is a postgraduate-student at History Department of NaUKMA. Have been holding position of higher education policy analyst at Centre for Society Research since 2012.

Candidate of Science (History), prof. at Warsaw Univerisity and KROK Unoversity (Kyiv), Honorable Senator of Ukrainina Catholic University. Expert in the sphere of strategic reformation and management of national higher education system and university management.

PhD (biophysics – since 1990). Have been holding position of Head of Lviv Regional In-Service Teacher Training Institute. Roman is an expert of number of international projects on Education Policy, which were implemented under IRF/ UNDP/ WB/ WBI/ European Commission/ Ministry of Education and Science. 

Principal of Kyiv Finance Liceum, Head of NGO "Association of Kyiv school' principals". Since 2007 Yuriy has involved into IRF Education Program projects. As a result 4 publications on school budget management  were issued. 

Chief Commercial officer of Llc“Computer company "Complex”,    Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Council of Public Association "Information Technology Incubator", Deputy Chairman of modernization and Information of Education Public Council Committee under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Starting from 2011 professionally engaged in IT technology in education introduction, participated in creation of Lviv region educational portal, online registration system in Lviv region preschool education institutions, manage the project MySchool.ua.
