Got his MA in History from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) and his MA in East European Studies from University of Warsaw, currently he is a postgraduate-student at History Department of NaUKMA. Have been holding position of higher education policy analyst at Centre for Society Research since 2012.

Yegor’s major areas of interest are academic migration, finances of university, HE management (transparency and democratization) and faculty’s professional status. He takes part in external expertise and lobbying of higher education legislative reform. Also Yegor is a co-author of “Transparency ranking of national universities”, sociological poll “Social, economic and professional portrait of Ukrainian faculty” and participates in designing of “New model of university financing”. He regularly writes for couple of Ukrainian and international journals, e.g. for University World News.
