Graduated from National Pedagogical University named by M.Dragomanov, the course Educational Policy Studies at Teachers College, Columbia University, New York at a masters and doctoral level. Work as the director of Ukrainian Step by Step Foundation and the Head of the Scientific-methodological center on inclusive education at the Kyiv In-service Teacher Training Institute of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Pedagogical University.

Experience of work as the international consultant of Open Society Foundations at the levels of practice and policy in a field of pre-school and inclusive education in such countries as Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Bhutan, Bangladesh. The main areas of interest – inclusive education, teacher training, leadership. Author of more than 10 manuals on inclusive education at the level of pre-school and primary education.
