Within the framework of the seminar for heads of branch expert councils (SEC) two trainings were held:
The first training was held in Rivne on the basis of the National University of Water Management and Nature Management on February 25-26, 2020. (seminar program)
The second training was held in Bila Tserkva on the basis of Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University on March 5-6, 2020. (seminar program)

— What is the difference between the processes of evaluation of educational programs at different levels (expert group, SEC, National Agency)?
— Features of the new algorithm for organizing the work of the councils?
— What parameters should be considered key in evaluating an educational program?
— What rights and opportunities should be given to the guarantor of the educational program?
— In what way should the activity of the guarantor of the educational program be paid?
— Is there a possibility and under what conditions it is possible to organize council meetings offline?
— How can the evaluation requirements used by different councils be coordinated?
— What algorithm should be used in assessing a state of academic integrity in the Free Economic Zone?
— How will accreditation of doctoral programs by SEC be organized?
— How to reward performance of such functions as chairman, deputy chairman, member of SEC?
— How to overcome the insufficient level of expert qualification of the expert groups members?
— How to reject members of expert groups who have already shown an insufficient level of qualification, non-compliance with modern scientific and educational requirements, subjectivism?
