What parameters should be considered key in evaluating an educational program?

What rights and opportunities should be given to the guarantor of the educational program?

In what way should the activity of the guarantor of the educational program be paid?

Is there a possibility and under what conditions it is possible to organize council meetings offline?

How can the evaluation requirements used by different councils be coordinated?
